Payment
All payments must be made in U.S. funds.  Payment may be made by credit card or check.  Credit card payments will be accepted via our registration website.  For check payment – Please make checks payable to NextDocs  -  Mail to 500 N. Gulph Road, Suite 240. King of Prussia, PA 19406.  Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with check to ensure proper credit.

Entrance to ShareFEST will not be allowed without payment in full.  No Exceptions

Discount Accommodations:

ShareFEST Conference Substitutions/Cancellations:
If your schedule prevents you from attending, a substitute from your company may replace you at no charge.  Please notify us immediately if you need to send a substitute.  Cancellations received prior to March 1st will be honored at no charge.  Cancellations received after March 1st will be subject to a $100 processing fee.  Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after April 1st.
